Chelsea at Five Points has partnered with PayPal. To provide an online payment feature for our residents. For a $5 service charge, you can pay your monthly rent through secure layers via the internet.

Note: Rent received after the 1st is considered late and must include applicable late fees in accordance with your lease agreement. Contact the management office if you are unsure of your account balance. Management reserves its right to refuse partial rent payments or payments that do not include late fees.
